…A WINTRY MIX OF PRECIPITATION WILL SPREAD OVER THE REGION SUNDAY…

…WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM SUNDAY TO 4 AM EST MONDAY…

* HAZARD TYPES…A MIXTURE OF SNOW…SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN.

* ACCUMULATIONS…SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 1 TO 2 INCHES…ALONG WITH A TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE.

* TIMING…SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE REGION SUNDAY MORNING…BEFORE MIXING WITH…OR CHANGING TO FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET DURING THE AFTERNOON. SOME LOCATIONS COULD SEE A PERIOD OF ALL LIQUID RAIN SUNDAY AFTERNOON BEFORE COOLER AIR CHANGES THE PRECIPITATION BACK TO A WINTRY MIX SUNDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS…TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES ARE EXPECTED DUE TO REDUCED VISIBILITIES…SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS.
