SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WILMINGTON OH
442 AM EST TUE DEC 10 2013

…A BURST OF SNOW EARLY THIS MORNING WILL COME TO A QUICK END…

SNOWFALL ACROSS THE AREA IS AT ITS PEAK EARLY THIS MORNING AND WILL BE WANING WITH THE COMING DAYLIGHT. A BURST OF SNOW ALONG THE I-71 CORRIDOR IS BRINGING ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES FOR MUCH OF THE REGION. THE LIGHT AND FLUFFY NATURE OF THE SNOW IS PRODUCING OUTLIERS WITH AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF ACCUMULATION…AND SNOWFALL TOTALS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES OVER METRO CINCINNATI ARE COMMON.

COMMUTERS ARE URGED TO ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH WORK THIS MORNING.
