THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL INDIANA…CENTRAL OHIO…MIAMI VALLEY OF OHIO AND WEST CENTRAL OHIO.

.DAY ONE…THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

SLICK SPOTS ON AREA ROADS WILL PERSIST INTO THIS EVENING AS A DISTURBANCE AND ASSOCIATED BAND OF SNOW MOVE EAST.

A SECOND DISTURBANCE WILL PIVOT ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES TONIGHT…BRINGING ANOTHER ROUND OF SNOW. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS MAINLY AN INCH OR LESS ARE FORECAST ALONG THE I-70 CORRIDOR WITH UP TO 2 INCHES POSSIBLE NORTH OF THE DAYTON AND COLUMBUS METRO AREAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

ANOTHER DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE SOUTHEASTWARD TOWARD OUR AREA ACCOMPANIED BY SNOW SHOWERS TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. CONDITIONS APPEAR FAVORABLE FOR SOME OF THESE SNOW SHOWERS TO BECOME INTENSE…WITH BRIEF PERIODS OF VERY LOW VISIBILITIES POSSIBLE.

A FRONTAL SYSTEM WILL STALL OUT ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY THIS WEEKEND. THIS WILL LEAD TO AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF RAIN ACROSS THE REGION FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY. THE RAIN MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES…WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF FLOODING ISSUES DEVELOPING THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
