SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WILMINGTON OH
300 PM EST FRI JAN 10 2014

…LOCALLY DENSE FOG THIS AFTERNOON…

AREAS OF FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE AFTERNOON. WHILE MOST LOCATIONS WILL EXPERIENCE VISIBILITIES BETWEEN ONE HALF OF A MILE AND TWO MILES…SOME LOCALIZED DENSE FOG IS ALSO POSSIBLE WITH VISIBILITIES OF ONE QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPID CHANGES OF VISIBILITIES OVER SHORT DISTANCES THIS MORNING.

THE DENSE FOG IS EXPECTED TO SLOWLY IMPROVE FROM THE SOUTH THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON INTO EARLY EVENING.
